Is Pocket Option a Scam?

Pocket Option is a binary options broker and online trading platform. Binary options are a financial instrument that allows traders to speculate on the price movement of various assets, such as currencies, commodities, stocks, and indices. However, binary options trading is associated with a high level of risk and has faced regulatory scrutiny and restrictions in various countries due to concerns about its transparency and fairness.

Keep in mind that the regulatory bodies that make the rules are not as transparent as they should be as well.

Most traders, especially in highly speculative markets like stocks, forex, and cryptocurrencies, tend to lose money for a variety of reasons. Lack of Education and Knowledge, Emotional Trading, and Lack of Discipline (Over-leveraging) are among the top reasons traders are not successful. After money is lost the trader finds something or someone to blame. They will repeat this cycle until they find a real example of what to follow in the industry.

I want to help you avoid the pit falls that most traders fall into with the Pocket Option Broker.

The fact that your reading a blog post about Pocket Option being a scam is the first sign of incorrect thinking in my opinion. Let me clear this up for you immediately.

The Pocket Option broker is not a scam. I have had great success with this broker and haven’t had any problems with depositing or withdrawing my money. The truth is a lot of people try to find ways to cheat brokers so Pocket Option does have rules in place to protect themselves from malicious traders. Here are the big two:

1) Do not use trading robots or abuse low volume trading
2) Do not have multiple accounts

Some people have found ways to cheat the broker and claim to be scammed when pocket option confirms that they will not pay out profits and reset accounts. I have had some students successfully pull off cheat trading and have come to me upset because the broker would not honor their profits. How can you avoid this? Easy! Don’t spam low time expiration trades. There is nothing wrong with having a healthy amount of loses on your account. The most profitable traders win percentages are sitting around 59% to 75%. Do you see how a 95% win rate looks suspicious?
Not much for me to say about multiple accounts. Just close the account you have if your looking to start another one. The reasoning doesn’t matter.

Pocket Option is not regulated by sufficient regulation bodies to some countries. This is why they ban or claim that Pocket Option is a scam broker. This is what you should know:
when brokers refuse to cooperate with these companies and countries they will always be considered a scam. Even though these bodies of regulators have plenty of laws that can hurt traders as well. You don’t believe me? Did you know that wall street can stop the trading activities of all traders if the markets are crashing to fast and everyone is selling? Isn’t that manipulation? What if you predicted the sell and every tick was worth 10k for you? Wouldn’t you be mad about the laws that give these regulators and commissions the power to do that? Of course. Both sides have pros and conns. If you are going to move forward with this broker then accept the risk of doing business with them and be smart about your trading with them.

Pocket Option also has affiliate accounts with anyone who wants to share the broker with others. Nothing wrong with this since the program is designed for affiliates to help traders become successful on the broker. However, most affiliates who promo the broker have google ads, YouTube videos, and custom sites that trick you into making an account with them with bonus codes. After you make the account and trade the affiliate gets the benefit of your trading without helping you.
Find a affiliate who will give you resources to win and who has success on the broker. Within the community on this site I have traded over 200k in live profits with everyone.
